We're dedicated to preserving the long-time tradition of kolache pastries of all kinds: savory ones stuffed with sausage or ham & cheese, and sweet ones filled with fruit compote. Kolaches are a favorite in Central Europe, and we make them with the same old-fashioned methods you'd see in the Old Country.
