In 1982, our founders moved up from their jobs as a handyman and a dishwasher to open their own restaurant. Over the years we’ve become a staple of Central American and Salvadoran cuisine. For your next event, go beyond the average Tex-Mex and aim for something a little bit different. Try our hand-made pupusas and sweet fried plantains.
