About Cowboy Chicken Catering
On ezCater.com since March 13th, 2023.
We've been cooking all-natural chicken over a wood-burning fire since 1981. Unpretentious and un-rushed, our roasted chickens are a bold-tasting and healthy alternative to flavorless fast food. Try it on its own, in a sandwich, or in our famous enchiladas!
