Castle's Catering, LLC was founded in 2010 by Louisiana native Chef Shanita Castle. We specialize in Southern and Creole cuisine, but have experience in variety of types of foods including but not limited to Vegan, American, Italian, French, Asian, and Mexican cuisines. The flavors of Castle's Catering are spicy, bold, unique, and always leave a lasting memory on the taste buds.
