On ezCater.com since July 28th, 2016.

We got our start over 80 years ago, when founder Tom Carvel's ice cream truck got a flat tire. He kept right on selling all day, and people loved the soft, slightly-melted ice cream he had in stock. That day soft-serve ice cream was born, and we've been serving it to smiling customers ever since.
