About Bird Dog BBQ Catering
On ezCater.com since December 16th, 2016.
Voted Best BBQ in Colorado Springs every year since 2007! Whether in our cooking techniques, our house-made gluten-free sauces, our facilities, or even our name, we’ve taken every opportunity to zig where others zag. The result is a BBQ experience centered on the “un-snob.” We use oak-smoked meats with sauce on the side so you can really taste the flavor.
