About Aybla Grill Catering

Aybla is an archaeological site near our chef's family home in Syria. We chose it as our namesake to remind us of this world's hidden treasures. We believe that Mediterranean cuisine is one of life's simplest and most authentic pleasures, and that it is our privilege to bring that experience to the Portland area.
