We aim to serve the freshest BBQ possible, with meats that are rubbed and smoked overnight in our wood-burning smoker. Our BBQ is made from choice Boston butts, rubbed with our signature seasonings, and then hickory-smoked for over 14 hours. You can taste the difference in every bite!
