At ezCater, we know our catering partners are on their phones a lot. In fact, there’s a good chance you’re reading this on your phone right now. For that reason, it’s always been our priority to provide an excellent mobile experience for our catering partners. Traditionally, that has meant optimizing our web experience to be mobile friendly. In 2018, that strategy evolved to provide a native iOS app to give partners an even better experience on iPhones and iPads.

Introducing the ezManage iOS App

At ezCater, we want to give you all the tools you need to power your catering business, even if you’re on the go or don’t have access to a computer. To that end, here are some of the ways the ezManage iOS app can help you:

  • Push notifications: Receive instant alerts for things like new orders, modified orders, or changes in ezDispatch status.
  • To-do list: Know exactly which orders require your attention by quickly looking at your to-do list.
  • Share orders: Email, text, or print your orders with the click of a button.
  • Reviews: See the ratings and reviews that customers are leaving for you
  • Payments: Keep track of how much money you’re making and see detailed payment histories.
  • Easy access to customer service: Email or call us with the click of a button.
