Although the food was 15 minutes late, I luckily placed the order 45 minutes earlier than the time I needed. In placing the order really early, all of our associates were able to take a lunch at their regular time. We had about 100 orders of the BBQ Combo Box, and everything arrived hot and fresh. The delivery drivers were really professional, kind, and helpful. There were a lot of positive comments about the food from the associates. The associates loved the food so much, that we will definitely order from here again.

This was our first time ordering Big Box through EZ Cater instead of Big Box directly and the process wasn't as smooth as I'd prefer. We were able to get everything straightened out and the food was delicious as always, but the delivery was about 15 minutes late, which meant the lunch meeting had already started by the time food arrived.
