Unfortunately, my soup was accidentally spilled during delivery, but it happened to be my own order, so I wasn't too concerned. The delivery driver was incredibly apologetic and immediately offered to have everything compensated. I appreciated her kindness but declined because these things happen. Great food, outstanding customer service, and a team that truly cares about making things right. I'll definitely continue ordering from La Madeleine.
