Wonderful as usual!  I would ask the delivery driver not to put the salad in the same warmer bag with hot pizza though.  Thankfully ours was not hot, but when I saw them taking it out of the foil bag, sitting on top of hot pizza, I initially was worried it would be and know that it could happen with future orders.
