Our APP Fellows were thrilled with their lunch today.  Firebirds knocked it out of the park.  I've never seen individual salad meals so big!  I love that they take the time to put the protein in an extra container in the salad so that the lettuce doesn't turn to mush.  Great service!  And the lady that delivered our food was fantastic.
