Our team really enjoys this place and getting to put together their own salads. My one complaint is that sometimes there is a bit too much salad base (so lettuce, spinach, etc depending on what you order). The other ingredients tend to go much faster than the lettuce so we are left with a massive quantity of lettuce that sometimes just goes to waste since there is just so much of it.
