Ordered Baton Rouge Cuisine for a Staff luncheon. Owners were great to work with and more than accommodating, he actually came earlier to fry fish onsite to ensure it was hot for serving time at 12 noon. Fish and mac and cheese were a hit, will def order here again.

Only issue was the charge for chaffing dishes that per person is ridiculous when you have a large group. It was 120 just for that and that is just ridiculous. Food was great. Good quality meat
