The flavor was great, and the butter chicken and paneer tikka masala were packaged wonderfully, with individual labels on each box. I ordered 12 servings of the chana masala, which EZ Cater says will be packaged together as one tray. They called asking if I wanted it in one tray or in individual packages, to which I said either one. They ended up packaging it with 12 individual curry boxes (one with the top smashed in) and 12 individual rice boxes. Would have preferred either all in one tray or packed as rice + curry boxes like they did with the butter chicken and paneer tikka masala. Other than that, great flavors!

This was my first catering experience with M&S, and it was delicious!  I received a lot of great feedback, and one person even told me it was the best lunch he'd had in a long time.  I would caution others regarding the portion sizes, however.  I ordered for 20 people: 10 servings of salmon, 10 servings of sirloin, 20 servings of potatoes, 20 servings of asparagus, 15 servings of salad, and 20 servings of fruit (2 platters - they are big!), and we had plenty of leftovers: about half of the sirloin, 3/4 of the potatoes, about 2/3 of the salad, and more than half of the fruit.  Will definitely order again, but less of most items!
