Denver’s food scene isn’t just about rocky mountain oysters, an omelet with ham, or steak. It is a town where Italian and barbecue never go out of style and where space has been made in recent years to embrace cuisines from across the US and the globe. Luckily, these amazing eats come ready for your next event or meeting. Here are the best caterers in Denver for breakfast, lunch, and that special in-between time when meetings run late.

Best in Denver

1. Dickey’s Barbecue Pit (1509 Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood)

Winning over colleagues with dietary restrictions is no easy feat. Yet this caterer’s Vegan Baked Potato Bar will delight the pickiest eaters. For the omnivores at the office, order the Barbecue Buffet, which comes with your choices of two meats and three sides. Consistent food and service made this favorite rise to the top of our list.

2. New York Deli News (7105 East Hampden Ave., Denver)

The Salad Bar is a favorite for its array of vegetables, meats, and dressings.  But the Traditional Breakfast has regulars swooning over add-ons like waffles and french toast, and its availability long after early morning.

3. Atlanta Bread Company (351 West 104th Ave., Northglenn)

Kudos roll in for the freshness of the ingredients across the menu. Check them out on The Complete Signature Sandwich Platter. It earns applause for the included two salads, like the Balsamic Bleu and Fire-roasted Black Bean, pickle spears, and sweets.

Best for Large Meetings

1. Pita Pit (1181 W 120th Ave., Westminster)

From an Awakin’ with Bacon pita to a Bacon Cheeseburger pita, the huge array of flavorful stuffed sandwiches on platters, individually wrapped, or boxed to go is a winner for groups.

2. Mellow Mushroom (1201 16th St., Denver)

There are two different crust options, regular and gluten-free, and five meats on the Mighty Meaty Pizza. Salads from this caterer similarly have enough heft to stand on their own so no one needs to be left out.

3. My Favorite Muffin (1750 16th St., Denver)

The gourmet muffins (Cherry Cheesecake, Double Berry Crumb) are a great conversation starter while morning sandwiches like a Morning Classic with eggs and cheese or Breakfast BLT satisfy in a protein-oriented, handheld way.

Best for Small Meetings

1. Dickey’s Barbecue Pit (3140 S Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood)

The Barbecue Buffet includes two meats, like Pulled Pork and Barbecue Honey Ham, plus three sides (think baked potato casserole, coleslaw, and barbecue beans), which makes feeding groups as small as 10 easy.
