Tiffany Lane grew up watching her grandmother cook and sell meals out of their New Orleans home. Years later, after Hurricane Katrina, Tiffany returned to her roots. The result is Off Da Hook Catering, located on the banks of the Mississippi in Algiers Point, New Orleans.
At Off Da Hook Catering, Tiffany celebrates the innovative style of New Orleans home cooking. Her beloved “creole creations,” like tender fried ribs and seafood-stuffed lobster tail, fly out of the kitchen. With every new addition to her catering menu, she’s making her grandmother proud.
