I ordered the Sandwich Wrap Platter for 17 people with 2 side salads and Italian Cookie Basket. The order was delivered 10 minutes early which was perfect and the food was wrapped beautifully, the sandwich wraps and salads were so fresh it was as if the meat was carved right in front of me or tuna mixed up fresh at that moment. The assortment was excellent -from roast beef (carved deliciously thin and piled high in the wrap) to grilled chicken, deli turkey, tuna salad, and there were even a few vegetarian wraps because I indicated that i had 2 vegetarians at my event - grilled eggplant and other veggie and fresh mozzarella. The sides I chose were pasta salad and cucumber salad -the cucumber salad was crisp and tasty! They also included a platter of pickles and olives - very nice! Utensils were wrapped individually in napkins. Also the Italian Cookie Platter was a great assortment and perfect finish to a fabulous lunch.

This was my first experience working with EZ Cater and Valley Caterers. The food was absolutely delicious. Every single wrap. The salads were fresh. The cookies were delicious. The service was top notch. I will definitely order from here again and you should as well..
