This was my first order using ezCater. Restaurant: 1) sandwiches were cut in half, which is great, except they weren't cut all the way through so it was very hard for people to get them out of the box 2) There was very little meat on the sandwiches (like one slice of deli meat) 3) The amount of chicken on the salad was extremely light 4) They mixed two of the salads into one tray which was not ideal for the office 5) They did not include any utensils for the salad dressing 6) Ordered a mixture of regular and diet sodas and only received diet 7) Ordered some of the snack mixes and the boxes arrived completely crushed and open Delivery: 1) Delivery did not arrive on time -- ended up scrambling to get everything set up before the start of the lunch 2) I asked for "set up" and it was not 3) When she arrived, she called and asked if I had a cart or wagon for her to bring the items up. I ended up helping her take the food in, which to me defeats the purpose of having it catered
