Gonna give 3 stars cuz not sure who to blame. Driver showed up with the food in the trunk on a 20 degree day. Everything was cold when we opened it. I will say food was really tasty after we microwaved our plates. The driver called me from in front of the office I had to go carry it in. Kinda defeats the the purpose and the tip!
