Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience. Multiple food items arrived burnt and overcooked, making them inedible. Even more concerning was the unsafe setup of the chafing dishes — the sternos were placed improperly and created a serious fire hazard. The setup was so unsafe that it nearly caused a fire in the building, which is completely unacceptable for a catering service. Labeling and instructions were also not followed consistently. Due to the food quality and significant safety concerns, we would not order from this caterer again.
