everyone raved about this order and it was a super easy set up! a great option if you have GF people - they did forgot an individual burrito and the sodas but the food tasty!

We ordered a taco bar for 45 people as well as extra chips and guac. When the delivery arrived, the taco bar was missing and there was only the chips and guac. Very difficult to directly communicate with the restaurant and then ezcater was unable to provide me the contact info for the second driver delivering the missed items. The second order never came despite ezcater communicating with me multiple times that it was on the way (but due to their policies they could not send the same driver to pick up the missed part of the order.) In any case, our international clients were very disappointed when lunch was a no-show. There must be some way to streamline the process with ezcater - pink taco let me know that multiple different people called the restaurant (rather than a single customer support agent) which just created more chaos and confusion. I wouldn't wish this experience on any office manager out there, and I hope it's a one-off experience that doesn't happen again.

my catering order consisted of 2 regular taco boxes and 2 Gluten free taco boxes and all in one order for the rest of the team.. The taco boxes were not labeled so therfore I didn't know which are gluten free. Ezcater helped figure it out , apparently if there are no chips on your taco it is gluten free.

We always order from this place. Always a great amount of food and a hit around the office.
