Order arrived 53 minutes late. Ordered individual lunch boxes, what I got was sub par burgers in bulk (no special sauce), two pans of cold limp fries, one pan of macaroni and cheese and zero cookies (dessert). Definitely did not receive the whole order I paid for. Driver was apologetic, but what can you do?! Previous order was amazing, but today was a big miss. Probably will not order again as reliability and on time delivery is key when lunch is built into event agendas.
