I havent had problems in the past, but I encountered a bad experience today. I was notified early this morning that they needed to deliver the food 45 minutes early, which is far too early, especially considering there were items ordered that needed to be served either hot or chilled. After getting EZ Cater involved, Bakers Crust was only willing to shift it to 30 minutes early. Why am I getting notified the morning of that this change is being made? Was it really that last minute for them? Considering the delivery fee and tip I provided, how hard should it be to find someone to deliver the food 1.5 miles?
