I do not like to leave a bad review concerning a restaurant. Even if the restaurant makes a mistake as long as they correct it, I will be just fine. Today I had clients that flew in for a meeting with our company. Our $400.00 order was over 30 minutes late. Ezcater called the restaurant and was told the driver was 5 minutes from us. This was not true at all. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who was extremely rude and asked that I do not call back and proceeded to end the call on me. I place 400 to 500.00 orders at least once and sometimes twice a week for the last 2 years and have never had this issue with any restaurant. Ezcater’s customer is amazing though! They did all they could to rectify the situation. If it is an important meeting, order at your own risk when it comes to Atlanta Sandwich Club restaurant.

The sandwiches tasted great. They were not presented well (did catered style), they forgot the dressing for the salad and did not include any serving ware...
