Stefania Mallett Recognized as Industry Innovator Alongside Executives from Dunkin’ Brands and Panera Bread

Recognizing women across three categories – Rising Star, Innovator and Lifetime Achievement – Mallett is being honored as an Innovator alongside Sherrill Kaplan from Dunkin’ Brands and Anita Klopfenstein from Panera Bread. The Innovator awards are presented to women who are transforming the foodservice technology space by creating or deploying emerging technologies that reimagine how business is done, while paving the way for future technologies.
