Cindy and Rodrigo, owners of Mi Pueblito, met over 20 years ago while working together in a restaurant. They shared a love of family, great food and a sense of service to the good people of their small community. This shared love became a shared dream, realized with the establishment of Mi Pueblito. “My small town” is the meaning of our name; we want to be part of what makes our small town great.
