July 4th is coming up, and it's the perfect time for a BBQ! Not only is BBQ a great option when hosting a summer gathering, but it's also a nice treat for an office lunch meeting. Just remember these tips for next time you place an order.

Normally, we recommend ordering one entree for your group to cut down on costs. But BBQ is an exception because it's seldom safe to order just pork for a group. You'll also want to order some BBQ chicken for those who don't eat pork. For a group of 30, you will usually be fine with pork for 24 and chicken for 8—just a 10% overage. Be careful about splitting the entrée in half because you'll end up spending a lot more than you need to. It also helps to label the smaller dish. A neat, hand-lettered sign saying that the chicken is for non-pork eaters will keep the nibbling down.
